At Hamasaki Law we have tried to simplify the process of becoming a client into three steps.
- Initial Consultation: Your initial consultation with Hamasaki Law is completely free. We will work with you to schedule a time to meet in person or over the phone. At this consultation you should bring any information or documents relating to the case so that we can review them together. We will review our plan for how to best represent your interests in the criminal case. If we decide to work together, then we will draft a representation agreement for your review.
- Review Representation Agreement: Once we decide to work together, we will provide you with a draft of a representation agreement. The agreement will contain all of the terms of the representation we will provide in your criminal matter. Please take all of the time you need to review it with your family or another lawyer if necessary. Once we all sign the agreement, you will be provided a copy for your records.
- Payment Arrangements: Hamasaki Law will work with you to arrange for payment of fees in your criminal matter. Our office accepts cash, check and all major credit cards. We are willing to set up payment plans under the right circumstances. Hamasaki Law determines fees based on the complexity of the case, the amount of discovery, investigation and legal resources that it will require to give you the defense you need.
We look forward to talking to you. Please contact our office to set up a consultation.
